AIRE is an AI guide, and the quality, relevance, and usefulness of its responses depend heavily on how it is instructed. Artificial intelligence can be one of the most powerful and wonderful tools in the world, but reaching a useful result can be a tedious, demanding, and sometimes frustrating process. Effective use requires patience, careful wording, clear context, realistic objectives, repeated testing, and ongoing correction. Prompting an AI and aiming it in the right direction—without it misunderstanding the task, drifting away from the objective, filling gaps with assumptions, or producing something different from what was intended—is a learned skill. AIRE must therefore be worded and guided very carefully. Users should explain what they are looking at, what they have already tried, what outcome they want, and the legal, technical, and sandbox boundaries that apply.

AIRE does not think, judge, verify, monitor, or protect systems in the same way as a qualified human professional. Its output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, inconsistent, unsuitable, or confidently wrong. It may misunderstand a prompt, overlook important facts, drift off topic, or recommend an approach that does not fit the situation. AIRE is an educational assistant only. It is not a security control, managed security service, professional audit, legal opinion, or guarantee that a system, account, application, payment process, network, or person is secure or protected. Using AIRE does not replace independent testing, human review, secure development practices, backups, monitoring, access controls, incident response, or advice from appropriately qualified professionals. Users must review and verify every result before relying on it or acting on it. The creators make no claim that AIRE will prevent attacks, detect every vulnerability, produce a correct answer, or protect users from loss, damage, misuse, or unauthorised access.

Each level has a built-in hint system. If you're stuck, the hints are there to nudge you in the right direction — use them. They're designed to teach you how to think about the problem, not just hand you the answer.

If AIRE starts drifting, giving unhelpful responses, or losing the thread, the best thing to do is reset the conversation or gently steer it back — remind it what you're working on and that it's here to help you as a pen tester. A fresh, focused prompt almost always gets things back on course.
